Two large circular magnets enwrapped with a lot of energy while spinning in opposite directions at a very fast speed while the like poles repel one another will create a warp drive.

I don't have the Money to invent nor experiment on it so i am sharing it here if anyone is interested in investing to invent it?

Do you have any reasoning to back up this imaginative conjecture ?
Or is it just a WAG ?

You need to share the science of how you think you could do this. "Enwrapped with a lot of energy" is not a good start. Energy isn't a thing; it's a property of things.
