psilocybin, rosemary essential oil (aroma therapy), vitamin B6, valerian root (for sleep), vitamin D are some of my favorites for brain health and function 🧠

Vitamin D has value for mental health, but avoid taking it in the evening.  Some studies have findings that suggest it may interfere with melatonin production and cause sleeplessness. (This was my experience with D supplements.)  Best at breakfast, and with some fats - e.g. a handful of walnuts on your cereal. (walnuts are also a good brain food).

Also blueberries which contain flavonoids linked with improved memory.   

I wonder which species of bacteria is responsible for which food is brainworthy...
