Hi.

Windows 11 will require a 720p display.  What is it expressed in horizontal x vertical pixels definition/equivalent ?

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly. But: 720p = 1280×720 pixel

After you have the ratio:
- vintage Small TVs  960×720  4:3
- Standard   1280x720  16: 9
