What is this huge peak on the left of fluorescence spectra

It is the limit of your device and probably also the material of your quarz cuvette. It  is in UV value.

I doubt that.

360nM is well within the transmission range of most glass, never mind fused quartz.

 

My guess is that it's scattered light from the excitation light.
