So, there's a lot of people saying that biological aging is actually a disease and that we may be able to cure it in the near future.

My question is, which drug is most effective to take to reverse biological aging based on the information we have today?

Metformin or NMN?

Which anti-aging drugs/supplements do YOU take and why?
