This is the answer to dimreepr's Question asking why 8100000000 is not right :

Bcoz if 8100000000 is right then the 9th digit must be 1 as that denotes the number of eights
Here it is 0 but there is an 8 in the number

It means first digit from left is the number of 0s , 2nd digit the number of 1s, 3rd digit the number of 2s , etc etc means 8th digit the number of 7s, 9th digit the number of 8s and the 10th digit the number of 9s
