The stability of galaxy's is dependant on the size and rotation of that galaxy's central black hole.

The universe is spinning , this velocity is constant, the electromagnetic fluid is extending from our central black hole.

Time and black holes don't get along, unless one factors in the fact that all time points are connected by black holes.

The speed of light is in direct relation to the size of our universes black hole, any velocity beyond c would create a motion beyond the capacity of our electromagnetic fluid to create friction, therefore i cannot speculate on anything beyond this being a translation from mass to energy.
