  1. recently i went on a website which had a pop-up message saying:

"click yes to enter the website"

however the only option was to click 'ok' so obviously you couldnt enter the website,

possibly it was done by refreshing the page each time 'ok' was clicked,

but it wasnt just the same 'once off' pop up copy and pasted loads of times because i held down enter for a while, and the message just kept poping up, and there was no way it was copy and pasted THAT many times,

so what is the HTML code for this pop up which yuo cant get rid of?

  2. i dont want to do it, but where can you get a key logger from, just a basic one, doesnt need to be 'invisible', just log all the key strokes! that was kinad obvious, after all that's what a key logger does,

where can you get them from? [preferably for free]

    &

are they legal or illegal, or does it depend on what you want it for?

  3. In my opinion, the F-22 would easily win any competition. Why? One word: Stealth.

i agree the F-22 is one of the best most advanced planes around, even if it could be out-turned it would kill the opponent before they knew the plane was even in the sky

  4. have fun waiting, thats always the worst bit... try leaving it to drip dry in a cool dark room, maybe you should have done this in that autumn, not a summer heat wave!

whats the test for pure silver once this is done, how will you know if its worked?

  5. watch it with wireless, people walking by can use it if they have a wireless reciever, you have to downlaod a special program to stop unathorized users [eg. people walking down the street with a laptop] using your internet.

i was watching a program about it recently, some guy walked down the street using internet from wireless networks in house's who didnt have this protection, i dont know what it is or where to get it from though, try searching google or something

  6. ok, so i do i just plug the internet into the router? and then a network card to the computers and connect the computer [via network card] to the router via a network cable

  7. 100% well done, celebrate again on me!

    nah

back to the topic at hand!!! [2 formal]

yeah, i dunno about this caly stuff, they didnt tell you what it was made up of, so im not sure, i suppose the only way to know is to experiment, and if it isnt too expensive, may as well try,

thats how all famous people discover things, by experimenting, try it...

    and tell me what happens!

  8. whoa, someone passed their chemistry with A*!

nah, if you say its that simple then fine, you may as well try it, and if you cant get some more silver nitrate esaily then why not try it?

post you results on this thread, it'd be interesting

  9. can someone go over the basics of all the components i need for a network between 2, soon 3 computer sharing broadband, i dont really want an admin, so equal rights are ok, and i dont want a certain computer to be on to access the internet,

    so what do i need,

    &

does windows XP have a network wizard

    &

does it matter that im linking XP with '98

  10. how can i get these programs, i dont have internet on the computer @ home im talking about with the RAM, but ive got internet in other places like the other computer at home, so i can download it there, [i know i need a network, im getting it soon]

  11. yeah the monet comes from the completed jewlery, but you could sell it to a jewler maker person [dunno what theyre called] and they could make scrap pure silver into something worth a lot of money,

im really not sure about silver nitrate --> silver chloride, firstly im asuming you have chorine to replace the nitrate? also what can you with it, the thermal reaction you mentioned at first which you saw on the tv, also remeber as you said silver choride needs to be protected from the light

  12. is there any way to find out the speed of the RAM without taking apart my computer, not that i cant, but i had to do it last week when i added my HDD, so if its in the BIOS or somewhere else its quicker to access i would like to know

  13. it works out roughly about £1 UKP per gram (clay weight) so that`s not too bad really.

the only reason I thought silver chloride was because of the color' date=' it`s the only Silver compound I know of that`s white(ish) and needs to be protected from light.

I figured since it dries so quickly the solvent maybe Acetone or the likes?

it seems to make sense to me, but there maybe other things that someone can help me with regards to this, as my idea seems a little too simple to be real?[/quote']

agreed, sounds far too simple, its cheap way to make a lot of money and no one has heard of it, or at least it isnt world wide famous yet,

this is interesting if anyone has heard of it... i'd like to know more too,

seems a little too simple to be real?
  14. ok' date=' so the same speed, im assuming that when you buy RAM it tells you the speed, but

how do you know your current speed for the RAM?

so is 512RAM DDR, two sticks or one? ok so it means "double data rate" but what is that?[/quote'] soz 4 asking again, its just i dont want to go off the topic coz it would be useful to know

  15. sounds very interesting, never heard of it, but obviously there is some kind of chemical reaction involving heat,

possibly you said it needs to be kept in a light proof plasticised foil bag, so maybe there is something in the bad, eg. gas, or maybe just a lack of oxygen [if its used in a reaction and theres a limit to it, it would soon run out]

but honestly i can do no more than guess, ive never heard of it, but if it was pure silver, there must be a massive market for it... unless... the material itself costs more than silver, in which case its useless!

if it involves silver chloride, then you would have to have silver in the first place, so unless you duplicated the silver, it would be worthless, or at least, worth the amount you bought it for.

  16. ok, so the same speed, im assuming that when you buy RAM it tells you the speed, but

how do you know your current speed for the RAM?

so is 512RAM DDR, two sticks or one? ok so it means "double data rate" but what is that?

  17. so if i have 512MB RAM and i want to ADD more to it i would have to buy another 512Mb RAM and also i have DDR RAM i think that means i have two 256MB RAM [not sure but isnt DDR the first D is for double???] so if i have 2 X 256MB can i still add more, how many RAM's can you have, or does it depend on the amount of slots in the motherboard
