It's easy to make a very good mirror getting 99.99% reflection is "off the peg"

However the other thing you wanted " 1 way mirror." in the sense of a device where light only goes through in one direction, isn't so easy.

Incidentally, photons are difficult to store because stores are stationary, but photons only exist at very high speed.

Yes they exist (pulses)at very high speed ,only when they are excited from a source .

Very powerful light could cause damage you can burn the eye. Also there could be other light which might cause reactions but blue light in perticular has been identified as being harmful.

If light doesnt degrade, can be used as a power source and can even be slowed down and takes up no space so can be stored in infinitely dense concentrations. Why dont they make batteries out of light? Sounds like they have the technology to do it. And I cant imagine cost is a factor, light is free.

On Earth the probleme is that the Earth has more mass than the opposite force ,,,generated from the mechanism of the machine so, its unthinkable to use the Earth as a frame because the earth would have to spin with the other frame, the green frame witch is needed to create an opposite force witch is necessary to achieve continuous motion on earth
So!~ what i did ; i have replaced the Earth by creating the blue frame and ''pinned'' the blue axis ,witch I called the world axis but free to rotate at its base with the Earth.

So i have a frame replacing the earth that i can prescribe the mass needed accordingly to the opposite frame ''the green frame''

The blue frame transfers its motion to the top through the world AXIS (the blue axis) holding the precession AXIS while the green ( frame), rotates to the right raising the mass; so they both conspire to raise the orange body while the green ( frame) is rotating the axis that carry the mass at the same time; so!~ the world axis is free to rotate in the direction of the precession axis with the blue frame. A load, torque clockwise , is applied to the system to slows it down, that demonstrate the torque value of the force of the out put .

Time is the same

SO ! it is possible to create an event different in time from one frame to an other one . with 2 frames from different axis.but not parallel axis ; as seen from the model ( important ).

<< that is ; all body, mass, matter, every thing that is contained in a ''systeme with the same axis'' is subject to the same natural laws and all in motion if the systeme is in motion and the time is the same ..to all ,,,from the same axis, the World Axis.
