Aurora
What are all of the elements/compounds that make up humans and what percentages of each element/compound is present? Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but I was just curious.

BeYeu05
It's all about the C-H's, baby. I'm pretty sure hydrocarbons make up about 60% of our body.

sunspot
The first component is H2O. That is 80-90%. The remaining 10-20% is mostly carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen. After that you have lessor amounts of phosphorous, sulfur, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium. Then a bunch of trace stuff.
