No.

Pulsars are rapidly spinning neutron stars that emit regular pulses of radiation. They do not "pierce space" (whatever that means) any more than any other star.

Like Strange, I am not sure what you mean by 'pierce space'. If you can explain a little better what you mean by this, we maybe able to say more.
