No they are not deleted. Do you have a firm example?

IIRC browsing in the "find content" tab in the pop-up menu when you hover over someone's user name is limited to when that feature was installed when we updated the software. In any event, it seems to conk out in the fall of 2013 whenever I look at it. But older posts still exist.

the "My content" has a time limit indicated in grey characters below the "My content" title. In my case it goes like this.

 

There have been 290 items by michel123456 (Search limited from 09-September 13)

 

But if you make a search by other ways you may find older threads. Sometimes I use Google search for that.

This. A google advanced search with the site listed as scienceforums.net is probably easier than our silly system here anyway
