Any good space take off simulations?

Featured Replies

When I see videos (mostly movies) about space shuttle take off, the part I think I would find quite fascinating is skipped: The transition between when the Earth looks flat from above and when you are in a sufficient distance to see it is round and the transition between a blue sky and depths of space. Is there any simulation, where you could see the Earth from above while getting further away from it?

That's exactly what I was looking for: actually even better as it's not a simulation, but real images. Thanks a lot!
