how to get email notifications if somebody replied to my post?

Click on your user name in the top right of the screen.

 

Choose 'Settings' from the drop down box'

 

Choose 'Notifications' from the list on the left hand side (second from bottom in list).

 

It is a good idea to monitor all the threads you start since folks will start to ignore you if you don't acknowledge their input as in this thread
