All Governments Should Have A Public Online Discussion Forum

It seems that we fundamentally disagree on the effect of putting something in the trash.

Would you be offended if all your posts were sent to the trash?

If so it's censorship. if not then I think you have a rather unusual outlook.

I have been in that predicament before. Granted not all of my posts were deemed as trash worthy, but a majority of my thoughts were. I was directed to the sites guidelines and I better understood how I was expected to communicate with that community.

It depends on what the reasoning is. If my posts are considered trash because I don't follow specific stipulations, I am ultimately censoring myself.

Again, moderating how people communicate is not the same as moderating what they are communicating about.
