Is everything a bubble in the ocean of space?

Is everything a bubble in the ocean of space?

It would explain inertia and the reflection of light.

Maybe it's crazy, maybe it's not.

I think Stan Deyo and Tesla said similar things, as well as Nova on PBS.

How would space being a bubble explain the reflection of light? Which part of the reflection of light is thus far unexplained?

First of all, what does being a 'bubble in space' even mean.

Second, how would it explain anything?

You probably were watching a show on Nova and heard the scientists talk about how our universe is in a bubble.

The theory that our universe is contained inside a bubble, and that multiple alternative universes exist inside their own bubbles -- making up the 'multiverse' -- is, for the first time, being tested by physicists.

As for your other claims, perhaps they are a tad bit crazy : )
