I just saw in my dream the classical physics concept called 'dielectric'. In that dream i looked towards the third dimension of the rainy season sky. As the wind was high, it created a visible dielectric charges in the clouds. Even if there were few rainy clouds, the winds path in the sky atmosphere belt made similar flow structure, so creating corona discharge effects between clouds. As if a bipolar charges between clouds' lines. The lesser the flow higher was the density of dielectric present.
