Hey guys,

Due to a recent accident, I've gotten a black eye and a muscle in my neck has become increasingly bothersome. The only way to make the pain stop is to set my head to a 45 degree angle to the right. On top of that, I find it increasingly difficult to walk in a straight line (as in, straighter than normal). I find myself loosing my balance on my right foot (note that I hurt my right eye, related?) and I'm running into door frames and people daily.

Can someone elaborate on this? Is it temporary?

Thanks!
