okay, someone on yahoo Answers asked:

 

''Which microorganism is most tolerant when changing PH level and why?

I said yeast because it can only be changed with salt or oil.

I searched the net but i just didn't find anything that answered it. (i have to say i wasn't THAT thorough)

the question fascinated me so i came over here to see if anyone can tell me WHICH MICROORGANISM that most tolerates a change in the pH?

so anyone?
