ok ive not been able to get on this for about a week now why

The site was down for a couple of days this week, but not all week. You possibly had the "DB problems - check back later" page cached.

yes it did say i had a db problem well im glad i can get back on

yes I had the page chached as well. once i did a proper refresh.. i.e ctrl + f5.. then all went back to normal. i wonder how long i refreshed the same old page for.

ok its done it to me again the only way im back onit is because i have gone to my history file and got on to it through that way why is it doing it

ok i turned off the website and the page was chached again and i pressed ctrl+F5 like bloodhound said and it worked so ill just do that in future
