Does alternating current emit electromagnetic wave?

Does alternating current emit electromagnetic wave?

If so, how about collating the disposable energy by using antenna?

It does, if it's from a single conductor, but there are ways to combat it. Coaxial cables, or paired cables, give no far-field emission. Coax gives you a Faraday cage, and pairing the line with the return gives destructive interference.
