Do you know what the other product or products are?

You need to know all of them to write a balanced equation.

You should look up [math]\alpha[/math]-halogenation of ketones. This is a fairly common reaction. Depending on what level chemistry student you are, you might need some information on tautomers to make sense of how the product formed.
