Most colleges are need-blind: they don't care whether you can pay when you apply. Most will give you grants and loans to make up for what you can't pay.

I will try just by using what God gave me...my brain

You might want to work with what libraries give you as well, books. Oh, and what teachers give you, hopefully the wisdom to ask the right questions. And you'll probably need a pen and paper as well. Brains are good, but not really enough.

What would you like to see in this book?

The limit/transition to existing and quantitatively verified physics models.

Mathematical equations for everything so we can plug in "time" and see how the universe will look like at that time.

We should be able to use the equations to make a Total Perspective Vortex.

Of course they are. Engineers all over teh world would much prefer building equipment based on theory rather than actual specific numbers. Go unified verbal theory.
