admiral_ju00
Gives you some more info on skinning the book. http://www.netwrite-publish.com/crafts/sew-leather.htm Pricing is relavitely easy(and cheap) to find - depending on the material, but here's a link: http://www.tandyleather.com/products.asp?dept=
atinymonkey
I am going to make five, or so. How much is "pig skin"??? This is where I buy my journals from:- http://www.aspinaloflondon.com/ If you want to look at different styles of binding they are a good place to look. They do make bindings bespoke, but don't bind books for you.

Phi for All
So, does a laser printer use different paper than normal printers??? They have paper that is supposed to be better for use with laser printers but I don't think it's mandatory to use it. Besides, if you get it at OfficeMax or CostCo it's just as cheap as any other paper because laser printers are so popular. I think your biggest hurdle is going to be binding, and I really don't know much about that. Have you thought about how you're going to bind 300 pages to each of 5 hard covers? Freeman
What one does is put it into 20 page "groups" and put a thread through the middle of each group. With the groups, one puts them togather and clamps them. Then, use gaws to bind those togather. I have a pdf on how to publish books, i found it on the web Thanks for the links and help everyone!!! When I'm done making it, I'll scan the cover or upload a pic, or something....
