It's a bias field (aka "C field") coil for an atomic fountain clock.

you`re a lucky S.O.B with all that winding equip! :)

I had to do mind by hand, the pic`s on my website on the experiments page, they look about the same sort of size, only dif being that mine is for a Tesla coil instead.
