i think so. thats actually what i believe. i think its just a man made measuring concept to measure something moving from a to b. much like a meter, or feet, if your a yank. but in a different way.

Surely a second would be like a meter (both of which are defined by us arbitarily). But time is like space... it is a real as "up"... or any other direction.

Without time space can't exist, and vice versa.

 

So without time ... space couldn't exist, and matter/anti-matter couldn't exist either. So I doubt you can say time is an illusion. Why do you suggest this?

 

 

Maybe you could say time can't exist without matter (?).. Which leads to the possibility that time is a field-like property of matter.
