DivideByZero
What tablet pc should I get (for college, taking notes, and playing games like halo) ? A tablet pc is one of those laptops with a touch screen.
antimatter
If I were you I wouldn't get a tablet laptop, the get really unreliable with consistant use, all the 'touching' wears out the screen, believe it or not. Just get a standard laptop...or is there a specific reason for buying a tablet?
Klaynos
Tablets where quite hard to find when I looked for my laptop... Game playing and laptops tends not to go well, they are generally slower, and have shared memory graphics cards (although mine does not it was NOT cheap at all). Game playing and tablets is even less likely to be affordable if even possible
ecoli
you're better off buying a tablet 'mouse' for your laptop.
antimatter
To the OP: Just get a regular laptop. If you have the budget for a tablet, you can definitely afford a good laptop. Get a dual core, with maybe 1.5 gb of Ram, if you're playing Halo (for smoothest performance...though it runs fine with 512 mb), and you're set. you're better off buying a tablet 'mouse' for your laptop. Why would you ever want to do that?

ecoli
I'm talking about something like this: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2959439&Sku=GN10-1014&SRCCODE=GOOGLEBASE&cm_mmc_o=TBBTkwCjCVyBpAgf%20mwzygtCjCVRqCjCVRq
antimatter
Er...that link doesn't work. "Problem Loading Page: Server Not Found" I do have a general idea of what you mean, though I've always found those things to be sort of...unnecessary.
ecoli
*shrug* works for me. Like I said though, they're really only useful for graphic design.
