What pH level would be the best to grow yeasts?(if the yeasts are just normal Fleischmann's Yeast) :confused::confused:

 

Oh and btw by pH level, i also want to know if it likes more basic or acidic environment.

I figured that since it was such a straightforward question, there was nothing to say ;)

 

Fruit Juice and Sourdough were my justifications also.

And beer...I have two vats of wort bubbling away as I type this.
