just a quick question but what do you think is in area 51??

Area 51 is used to develop and test black budget and top secret military equipment.

The X File-like mysteries surrounding Area 51, alien conspiracy theories and extraterrestial UFO stories provide a near perfect cover for any unidentified military object that happens to be flying in or out of the area.

I'd say more, but I'm being monitored.

I wasn't aware of the law suit regarding Area 51, that was quite interesting to read about.

 

I reckon it is just a development and testing lab for the latest military technology, from aircraft to crazy scifi-sounding technologies (the Tactical High Energy Laser that shoots down missiles comes to mind - I know this was not developed in Area 51, but that is what I mean by scifi-sounding technologies).

I suspect that whatever area 51 was used for before, it would now be being used for moderately secret research and as a distraction from wherever they do their actual top secret research.

IIRC, Area 51 is quite inactive these days.
