1)what is NUCLEOSYNTHESIS of LIGHT ELEMENT? where does it is happen?

2)what is the most little in number of element in the whole universe? and why?

These sound like homework questions....

I don't know anything about Nucleosynthesis, but I do know that currently the rarest known element in the universe is Ununoctium, as only a few atoms have ever been made by man, and they only last for the smallest fraction of a second do to their extremely short half-lives (0.89ms).

offtopic: does a shorter half-life mean higher emittance of radiation? (in general)

It decays a lot faster, so yes!

But it's just the half-life, it may last longer!
