Doing a project, need some info resources...

I'm doing a project in my physics course and I'm wondering if you can provide some resources for my research. My particular project is about computers and how electromagnetic principles apply to them. In particular, I'm looking into the CPU, circuit boards, Do you guys know of any good resources out there online?

I shall try and look some of the online stuff up from my electronics module last year when I get home...

 

Have you considered investigating the hard drives as well... I do research in magnetic materials using photonics for use in hard drive development...

I would think that any textbook for computer engineering and/or electrical engineering would be chock full of information like you are looking for. I am sure any well-stocked university library would have several to choose from.
