No, did you read what I wrote? I said it may have changed just after the universe was made, then stayed the same.

So it's not getting slower as we speak (sorry if that sounds gay)

I don'tknow , because we can't see the speed of light. light speed to me is like trowing a punch and ending at the same place.

But they have measured it. They had like lots and mirrors and stuff really far away...I really don't know what I'm talking about. Does anyone know how they measured the speed of light??

Yes, they had two places really far away with syncronized clocks, and timed how long it took for the light, and then figure out the speed.

I do know that if a person is accelerated toward the speed of light time slows down for that person.

If we can only measure time thought the moment of the earth. Then where is the past time gone? We only see it in our minds. But why can't we see it in the physical world? if you take a plane from Boston to cali it takes you how long to get there?
