There is a serious error in this question. You're comparing a species to a massive group of species. It doesn't make much sense.

The question should be. What is the difference between animal and plant DNA.

 

In which case the answer would be not much at all.

I disagree. There isn't much significant difference between the two at all. The only real difference lies in the sequence not in the DNA itself.
