How come there is no Page change at bottom of page??

I just noticed that in topics with more than one page, the button to change pages is only at the top. I personally prefer (and use more) for it to be on bottom (as well as top) so that when you read one page, you can go to the next page without having to scroll back to the top. Any ideas>comments?

There is a page change button on the bottom. It's on the bottom left.

I voted that you're crazy, because it depends which style you use.
