You forgot for metal:

Thixotropic casting (SSM), Evaporative Polystrene (Lost Foam), and Investment (Lost Wax) casting.

I don't know how many processes you want in detail but there are alot more in some regards such as:

Heat Treatment (metal)

T4,T6, Normalizing, etc

Air cooled, Quenched, etc

Grain Refrainment.

Casting:

Sand Casting

Perment mold

LP/HP

Gravity

Well thats all I remember for now.

I'll think up some more, I should know all of them because of my field but, tired today and I am still jus a student in a sense.
