I live here!

I had to make alternative travel arrrangements tonight because I sure as hell wasnt walking up Albert Drive. Ive even shopped in the place that got firebombed, what is going on!!! I live about 4 minutes walk away!

I didn't see this report Greg until you posted....this is outrageous. Scotland, up till now (and I mean the last 20-30 years maybe) it seems, has had a reasonable record on integration. Racism used to be practically unknown in Scotland....what's gone wrong? Let me be controversial....maybe the great unwashed think that the immigrants will take the jobs that they (the great unwashed) are unwilling to do? Excuse me for being old-fashioned but I would sweep streets if it was my only means of income. I know of several (native Scottish) families in my small town who are a complete waste of space and have never done an honest days work in their nasty little lives. I suspect that immigrants would do these jobs but our native population wouldn't and they then feel justified in chattering on about immigrants stealing jobs.

As the report states a lot of the tension is drug related, plus I have a feeling there's lingering animosity between muslims and hindus.

I don't think the animosity ever left the muslims and hindus really...

thppp

religious and racist violence is stupid

so is any other kind of violence

therefore, violent people, are stupid

...except sayonara, cause I don't want him to punch me in the face

couple weeks ago an old lady was shot in her own home:(
