Why would you not want to?

wincustomize.com allows you to download applications that allow you to customize your desktop, toolbars, icons and mouse pointers to a variarty of cool looking formats. The downloads are free but can be upgraded with a fee to add some more features to your computer. The only bad thing about the programs is their slight demand for memory on your computer, if this is not a problem I suggest this site for sure.
