Hi

It's the second time i notice this issue, i just lost some text, it was like:

send a message

edit it

edit it again

and again, but this time, all/a part of previous modifications are gone

-> click Save (i noticed the difference before clicking, but clicked anyway hoping it will not really be gone)

-> some previous modifications are lost

(i use firefox)

It's not firefox.

Please tell us more exact detail,

What do you mean send a message ?

The option on editing says SAVE (for me at any rate)

and the option on first creating the post says SUBMIT REPLY

Are you moving from page to page between edits to try to collect quotes ?

By send a message I meant to send a reply in a topic, then editing it multiple times (so clicking save multiple times)

I didn't move from page to page and accidentally messed up the message

I don't manage to reproduce the issue unfortunately but if it occurs again i will try to note what happened exactly

OK I won't look forward to it in the hope it doesn't happen again.

I'm now able to reproduce the issue:

  1. send a message in a thread

  2. send another one, so they get merged

  3. click to edit the message

  4. only the first part will be present in the textarea

  5. click "clear draft" makes the second/merged part appear

it's a bug isn't it?
