I'm interested in the socialized dental too. They have medicaid for assistance here but if you have a tooth thar needs a crown they will mutilate your mouth and pull it because a crown costs to much. I've seen people who could have had healthy mouths with big gaps and crappy partials the rest of their lives.

Do they pull teeth as the easy way out in Socialized medicine countries?
