Do  cultures   that  lived  historically  between  the  tropics * the  Cancer  &  Capricorn..... mainly  used   the lunar  calendar   as   in  their  point of  view   the Annual  rise and fall of the sun  was  not  that  much straight forward ( rising up to  being  perpendicular  and then tilting  to  the other  side  then  returning back to  perpendicular  and then  again tilting  on the other side ) also they  didnt have that  much  of  seasons  as well
