hello, i prefer to ask rather than checking in the sandbox

1. if a reply was added during writing mine, do the site ask me if i still want to send because there is a new reply ? (i ask because i think you need to refresh to get new replies)

2. if the reply i'm quoting was edited during i was writing, do the site ask me if i still want to send because it got edited ?

You still have to Submit Reply to post what you've written. During your writing, other replies will be announced, but that's so you can read them if you wish, not because anything has changed. I don't think you get a notice even if you've quoted something that gets changed while you're writing; as soon as you hit Quote, it quotes what was written at that time.
