It is known that sleep plays the most prominent role in decreasing “adenosine” and increasing “adenosine triphosphate”.
But my question is:  is there another way, therapeutic or non-curative, to reduce "adenosine" and increase "adenosine triphosphate"?

The effects of meditation seem to overlap quite a bit with sleep.
