The problem with this rocket videos is that usually (and I don't know why, anyone?) they use a fisheye camera so everything it pictures look round, here are two print screens from you video, see how you see the curvature when it's only a few meters from ground:

In the video that I gave there were used two cameras, one normal, second one with a fisheye lens. You took screenshots of the second.

GoPro has a fisheye lens, so it is widely used in such experiments, to have 180 degrees viewing angle. Two cameras on either side of the box give 360.

You can later post-process output from single 180, or both cameras, to get something which you can watch using VR helmet.

There is a logo on the bottom left of the video says: "Discovery Channel", also the description of the video says:

"Discovery Channel full episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgZgoWfZb6c "

But when I click it I get: "Video unavailable".

I tried that link and got the same result. So we do not know if we are watching and discussing the original content as it was aired by the TV channel, or a video possibly edited and shared by someone else, correct?

The reasons for editing could be quite different if editing was done by the production (as already stated by other members above) or if  someone else modified the content originally aired by the tv channel.
