Away on fieldwork

Featured Replies

Well, from the 20th of august until the 4th of september, I'm going to be out of contact while in Guam for fieldwork on the Brown Tree Snake (the invasive species that's porked its way through half the island's native fauna), specifically it's locomotion and biomechanics.

I'll be posting until then, and hopefully you can live without me for two weeks. (I'll pretend I didn't hear that cheering... ;) )

tbh I don't read biology stuff that often but when I do I know I can always look to your posts for the answer to the question and loads of bio-stuff that I don't really understand!!!

See ya and have fun.

Bring along a couple of dozen mongooses to help check their locomotion.

Well, the fieldwork report is finally up here , but be warned, it's *very* long, with lots of pictures.
