Searching for file explorer GUI Node Editor for python

Featured Replies

I am trying to find a Node Editor GUI, preferably for python, which would allow the creation of new nodes from certain selected folders and files which already have code inside of them.

Looks like you already found it, so is this promotion?

Oh, no. The image that is being shown is a graphic I came up with to help better illustrate the idea of what I am searching for so that it can assist others in searching for what I have described.

Sorry about that

changed I to it and changed "Oh no" to "Oh, no" because the "oh no" sounded pretentious. Also added " I have described"

OK.

Not sure exactly what the node is representing - a group of files that were pre-selected (or chosen) by hand?  So it would create a sort of meta-hierachy or graph for the filesystem?

It would allow for a user to create a new node from a specific programming file type, such as python, and then it would allow for the user to connect the inputs and outputs from these developed programming nodes visually.

Maybe look for visual programming for python?  Seems there are a bunch of options there.
