Atomic physics is based on the electron-proton force yet only a hydrogen atom forms a charged nuclei. All the other atoms form a neutral charged nuclei. I was just wondering while I was combing my hair.

An alpha particle is not an atom.

There are no neural nuclei. The each atomic nucleus is made of protons and neutrons. Yielding a positive charge. The op is just wrong.

To re-iterate all atomic nuclei are positive.
