My post is referring to ''universal time only ''

 

and also ; referring to the law of relativity as stated by Einstein , the two frames must be in relative motion to achieve Motion ; with a machine made from man .

Time is the same

<< that is ; all body, mass, matter, every thing that is contained in a ''systeme with the same axis'' is subject to the same natural laws and all in motion if the systeme is in motion and the time is the same ..to all ,,,from the same axis

and that comprehension made it possible to build this machine posted.

 

SO ! it is possible to create an event different in time from one frame to an other one . with 2 frames from different axis.but not parallel axis ; as seen from the model ( important ).
