simple rearranging should do it but I still can't get the answer. Am I doing it correctly?

They always ask to see what you've done so far, so I figured I'd let you know. I don't actually know how to solve. I'll PM hyper and see if she can help you.

The reason I didn't respond when I saw this is that rate laws and kinetics isn't really something I feel entirely confident in. At a guess, I would think a simple consideration of stoicheometric ratios should give you the answer.
