Technological advancements have proven to be pivotal in making life better and more pleasant. But most human jobs are going on extinction due to the deployment of robots, software and artificial intelligence. There are some plausible reasons why CEOs and business managers deploy robots and software to replace humans in offices and factories.

What of universal basic income?

Perhaps the robots should pay taxes on their relative "earnings" rather than be a deductable expense for those that purchase and use them in place of people.

This is a very interesting issue. Robots taking over human jobs wouldn't be a problem. The problem are not the robots, but the humans: the humans that rule the world. More robots would mean less work hours with I think it is a good issue if this suppose less working hours for humans. So the issue here is how we reshape society.
