when you open Firefox (or whatever explorer you use) what does the message say? does it say it can't load the page? If you go to http://www.belkin.com/support/article/?lid=en&aid=6003 it has the driver download. If that doesn't work, and your comp. just doesn't recognize the network card, then you should probably not use that card, considering that you most likely won't be able to make the computer recognize the card.
